need help. have an employee that just walked out on the job and left nothing behind on passwords to even log into his computer.

He changed it before he left and I can't find the reboot disk to rest the password.

Any good ideas out there? I need to get in this computer to operate my business.

How about a few specifics first? What OS is on the computer? Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP?
