You can force the cpu out when the heatsink is stuck on because the thermal paste is baked on really good. I've had that happen to me on some old Pentium systems back in they day. The best way to do remove is to not force the heatsink straight off, but rather rotate/twist to break the bonds of the thermal paste then left one side up gracefully before you give it more leverage and remove the heatsink completely off.
If you are forcing anything on sensitive electronic device/hardware, you must be doing it wrong.
