Don't have an answer but that has to be the fastest rating I've ever seen from speedtest

You know I wish I could say that it was something Top Secret or not yet out but the truth is that I pay for 16Mbps... I don't know why my down pipe is so massive.... I DL a 700 meg file in the time it takes me to take a shower, I downloaded Dreamweaver in the time it took to listen to a song I was streaming at the same time ... however, I lag on a simple game like battle field heroes..... I don't get it.....

What are your ping times to that game server like? It could also be settings on your router, such that the port that game communicates on isn't getting the priority or bandwidth it needs. See if you can find anything online about optimizing them for that game.

I wish I had your internet provider... you are getting 64Mb/s for free?!!

I agree. We can't help with the current info since what people call "lag", and what it actually is can differ quite a bit.

I think I just broke another record... Any ways, my friend tells me that there is no way that I am lagging with this speed. However i do.

Lag: Sputtering, jittering, random and erratic pauses in game play that last any where from a few milliseconds to a few seconds. How ever you define it, it happens and i do agree with my best friend. With my speed this should never happen. I don't understand, if I dont have to wait for netflix or any streaming content at all how can I lag on Xbox live and Battle Field Heroes ? It doesn't make since, is there any way that this problem is not my fault ?

I would greatly appreciate any help. :D

PS. I checked my router setting and as far as i can tell it's running at its peak performance.

Comcast uses "Speed-Boost" which, when you first log on, will allow you greater connections speeds that mellow out quickly. Might look into that as well.

Dude, chaplins, you just necro'd a thread nearly three years old.

Ironic how it would be my comments sandwiching yours, too.

Also, side note, this was my 1,234th post

I'd question how good Xbox's graphics engine was?
