There are some third-party NTFS drivers for Win9x, I think. You have to pay for them though.

You're better off getting Win2000/XP.

Even if it was possible the money spent buying the program to even do it wouldn't make it up thou. You better off with the stability of 2k/XP.

I don't think there is such a program that would make your fat32 on 98 to NTFS. I doubt microsoft would license it out to someone.

Exactly what are you trying to do??

Sysinternals has a utility that will allow you to read an NTFS volume.

http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freew ... SDOS.shtml

If you're wanting to run your windows installation on an NTFS volume...forget it :)

I was just up grading my win 98 to winxp and If I have to every redo my setup I just want to make sure that I can read NTFS in win98. I guess it doesn't matter but it's just one of those things you like to have if it's possible

98 won't see NTFS without other software/utilities:

There is no reason that you should ever desire to go back to 98 unless your system is a bit puney (even then, I wouldn't go back! I'm running it on a 500Hhz machine)
