i just ordered a new computer with these specs and i was wondering if people thought i should overclock of not.

A64 3500 but with the newcastle core
msi K8T800 neo2-f
1 gig of Corsiar value DDR400 with 2.5 timings
eVGA GeForce 6800GT 256mb
stock heatsink
thermaltake xaserV V5000 5 FANS!!!
thermaltake 480 watts

i don't know a horse's ass about how to overclock so if there is anything you think i should overclock your gonna need to tell me how. i also don't really care about noise so all the fans will be running full power.

It all comes down to you. If you want to OC, learn. If you dont, then don't. If you need a performance boost, try it. If you're fine with the performance, leave it. It's up to you.

Like OCNoob said, it is up to you. However, if you want some of our opinions, I'll be the first to give you mine:
I wouldn't. If you weigh in the costs of that 3500, and the fact that you probably won't see a noticable performance increase, with all the risks involved I personally would not overclock it. However, if you want to overclock, we're here to help you and you'll get good advice on what you need to do.
