Does high number of pins effects the overclocking abilities of the chip??

for example, does a Pentium 4 "prescott" with socket 775 overclock better thena Pentium 4 "prescott" with socket 478???

depending on speed id go with a northwood over a prescott. the fastest northwood is a 3.4GHz in s478. that would generate less heat than the prescotts and more overclockable too
