That xp proccesser thread in the mod folder was making me think, is it possible to oc a xbox?

Exactly. No point in OC'ing a 733MHz P3 w/ GeForce3 GFX. Not like games don't run smooth on Xbox's anyways...

You can, however, replace the DVD drive with a modded Samsung 16x 616t drive, and that supposedly improves loading times. Swapping the IDE cable has been claimed to help as well.

Yes. Look up the Xbox @ Newegg. It'll display the specs.

Anyone who has been reading MPC for a while and DOES NOT throw away issues may pick up their (this is all memory folks!! I know issues in me head!) January 2002 copy of MPC. The HEAD2HEAD is XBOX vs PC. It features a now crappy PC but an uber PC of that time. A very fun article to show people who say "My XBOX pwns your PC".
