Get yourself into your BIOS and start futsing around.

Read your motherboard manual and any and all old MPC mags you have lying around.

If that's your only system, dont OC. Once you get a new one (or if you have another, better one), it's going to be a great foundation to learn on.

Getting new system very soon. This one is still goin strong, but its time for a upgrade. Its gonna be a server once i get a new comp.
