I have read that it is quite common for the 2500+ to be running at 3200+ speeds. My computer won't boot with bus speeds of 199mhz. I have PC3200 memory. Is there any way to do this or is my motherboard not oc friendly?

TIA,
Steve

Not all 2500+'s will do so, its all based on luck. However your board could be the problem. If the bus is normally supposed to be set at 166mhz jumping to 200mhz may be too much, clock it up slowly and you will find the sweet spot. It also might be the cpu, i tried to oc my brothers 2500, and was only able to squeeze an extra 45mhz out of it :(
