I already have a monitor(Vizio 22" razor led), 3x1tb hdd, mouse, and kb

It looks good. Though, you should think about adding an SSD for a bit of boost on the OS.

32 bit OS - are you sure? If memory (pun intended) serves me correctly, Win 7 32 bit limits the amount of RAM recognized to about 4GB. And the 4GB limit is total memory - including RAM, GPUs and any other component that uses dedicated memory - so your 4GB GPU isn't warranted. Either go with a 64 bit OS (which I recommend) or cut back your RAM and get a GPU with less memory.

Ya it does help. I just googled and confirmed i need 64-bit.
