Planning to build a mini ITX Gaming/HTPC, $1500 budget (maybe very little more if really worth it). I want to OC a bit, be a little future proof and be able to easily upgrade in the future. Will gladly take any advice. Will be my first build.

Right now I am this configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($54.99 @ Newegg) #Any advice here, are there better options that will fit the case?
Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VI IMPACT Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($219.99 @ Amazon) #Pricey, but it really looks to be the best on the market, and would like to keep it for a long time hopefully. But if some other MOBO has similar performances for much lower price, let me know.
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory ($144.50 @ Newegg) #crazy good deal on new egg, even though I don't think the 2400 will make that big of a difference
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($169.98 @ OutletPC) #as everyone told me, the best.
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.67 @ Amazon) #just some random storage, have lots of external that I can already use
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB Video Card ($389.99 @ Amazon) #love the 770 for value/perf ratio, and at 4GB looks to be best option
Case: Cooler Master Elite 130 Mini ITX Tower Case ($54.50 @ Amazon) #pretty much set on the case, even though the mini fractal looked good too
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ NCIX US) #PCPP says the build to need 402W, so I guess 600W should make it stable for future upgrades too? Any advice here or better options?
Optical Drive: LG WH14NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer ($49.99 @ Newegg) #Need it for the HTPC part
Total: $1423.59
