Well we could start with where I'd change things...
CPU - If it's mostly gaming a Core i5-4670K is going to get you the most bang for the buck. Going any further barely gets you any more performance. The 4930K though would help with media, but that depends on how impatient you are.
RAM - 8GB at most, 16GB if you need it (not if you think you need it).
HDD - 250GB SSD and a 4TB HDD. Not everything benefits from an SSD and many programs probably don't either (I'm supposed to do a project about this this weekend... )
PSU - If you're not planning on adding another GPU in the next year or so, then 650W. Otherwise 800W at most.
Cooling - Air cooling. Custom water cooling is too expensive for the performance.
