 Post subject: 2 GPUS 2 moniters

Sorry I have been out of the PC world for a bit b/c of life but my question is this I have two monitor and 2 gpus I currently have a GTX 560 ti powering a 24inch led screen ( 1080P ) I want to know if I could use my other card its an old one 4870 Sapphire 1g to power my older monitor a 17inch. max res on that is 1280 x 1020. Whats your thoughts ?

Use the video card you already have in there. It supports three monitors.

What latios said. Also, I think it is impractical to mix AMD and Nvidia gpus since you may get driver conflicts and other problems.

Awesome ty guys just wonder tho one monitor is set with the mini hdmi. And the older monitor is a dvi. Will it put to much load on the gpu

Having two monitors won't add much impact to the GPU's load. Adding a third though will cause it to not idle anymore (unless this was fixed)
