The CM Storm Trooper has two stand-offs already installed by the factory in B (Middle of the top), and E (The only one on an ATX board, not on the edge). I installed the rest of the stand-offs and started screwing in the motherboard. I Crewed in all of them except E, and when it came to E, no matter how much I turned the screw, it would not stay in at all. I then decided to take the whole board off, and change that stand-off, but the screw in B does not come out, it just spins, and stays in the the stand-off. Is there something I am doing wrong? Is it okay to use the computer with that screw missing?

I don't see any problem with skipping a screw. Unless it's distinctly causing you other problems (i.e. seating the motherboard, causing expansion slot cards to not seat properly, not aligning with I/O shield) and as for the screw stuck in the standoff, just use a set of pliers(or an adjustable wrench) to hold the standoff steady while you unscrew the screw. Its what always works for me.
