Just some two cents.
I would find something cheaper, like in the $120-$150 range. Take a look at the motherboard's features, are you going to use them all? The motherboard is something that doesn't really perform any better the more expensive you go. The more expensive ones just have nice-to-have features that can usually be done through alternate methods.
If this is a single video card system and will be, then you can drop the wattage down to 600W or so.
Are you going to overclock the CPU? If not, you can shave a few by going with the non-K part
8GB is enough really. Unless you have something memory intensive you use like video editing or multiple VMs or something.
