Here is my current system with everything I will be running on it.

Rosewill Challenger Mid tower case
Mobo - MSI Z87-G45
Memory - 2x 4 gig corsair ddr3 (12800)
CPU - i5 4670k (Haswell)
GPU - MSI Gaming N760 TF 4GD5/OC GeForce GTX 760 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
Case Fans - I have four AeroCool Shark 120mm High air flow fans and 1 AeroCool Shark 140mm fan
Hard Drive - 1tb western digital
CD drive - LG 24x dvd/cd burner
Power Supply - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371049&Tpk=antec%20750%20watt

Accessories
Corsair Vengeance 1500 headphones
Two xbox 360 controllers
Aero cool fan controller

So my question is, will my power supply be big enough to run another msi gtx 760 video card and OC my CPU to 3.8 once I add a after market cpu cooler

It is, it's even a little too much honestly. 600W-650W would be enough.
