The hard part is troubleshooting when something doesn't work.
I would modify this slightly - the hard part is not panicking
when something doesn't work.
OMGHi2U (and Hi to you too!) -
1. Please add costs next to your components. It helps us gauge where you are in your budget and we may be able to identify some better prices.
2. Please update your links to go directly to the component. Every link I've hit goes straight to Newegg's homepage.
Just eyeballing the components you listed, you're already around $700, so I'm guessing you have $200 for PSU and GPU...? That would put you around $900 (the high end of your budget). Or can you go higher? Provided those are the only two remaining items, we can probably find a PSU
for about $60 and a mid-level GPU
for around $150...BUT you won't be getting max settings on games.
Also, the 3570 is an older generation CPU. You can probably get the new generation (4670 or the 4570) for about the same price. You will have to change motherboards to match the socket (the newer CPUs are 1150 sockets).
One more thing. Check out this MPC article
. It may help you figure out options available in your budget.
Hope this helps.
