I am new to building systems but I want a awesome system that can handle crisis 3 on max settings flawlessly. tall order I know, especially with my $1200 or so budget. This is what I've got so far and I'm already a little over budget. Fortuantly I do have a lian li case that my uncle is donating to the build. If anyone can tell me what mistakes I am making and anywhere I can save some money that would be great
TIA

You should be able to build a pretty good PC for $1200 to run Crysis. I would suggest getting an Intel i7 since crysis is multi threaded. I went ahead and bought 2x gtx 680's 4GB cards in SLI and i get about 80-120 FPS @1080P at full graphics. a single 780 should be good though to.
This site has some good prices as well SnugPC.com
