and dont know what to get. have around $500-$700 budget

was looking for something like this

GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile Desktop Memory (comes with motherboard)
AMD FX-6350 Vishera 3.9GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6350FRHKBOX

and the rest.. can anyone please make suggestions and help to build something similar to this ? Thank you

Check out this website to get an idea of what you can afford within your budget. And if you plan on using Windows as your OS, that will cost another $100.

If this is gonna be primarily a gaming rig, six cores is a little over zealous. Go for the quad instead, save yourself a couple bucks there. Also, you need to factor in the cost of the operating system, case, psu, optical drive and so forth. All things considering, 700 bucks for a gaming rig is a tall order. Look for sales, maybe a spare case from a friend.

Even then, you might wanna consider AMDs APUs, as they have a processor and graphics card in one, for the price of that particular proc.
