Gigabyte, ASUS, MSi & ASRock all are pretty good brands right now. There may be some others, but these 4 should give you a good start.
Your comments are a little confusing regarding the CPU. If you're asking if you can find a CPU "built-in" to the motherboard, generally speaking the answer is "No." PC builders like the flexibility of being able to select what CPUs they put in their computer. Research is key when building a computer.
Keep reading the web forums. Also, start looking at adds and computer shopping websites (like Newegg.com) so you can familiarize yourself with the computer components.
