How much are you willing to spend?
I do not have a budget per se
However I am NOT planning a " break the bank " purchase
I need a good build quality , mid range PC to do what I set to do .... MS office including large spread sheets, a lot of browsing, e mailing ( web mail including attachments ) , file management ( or storing and retrieving files ) , printing ( ppt , word files ) etc
As you will notice, these tasks are pretty basic
I have a smart phone and an ipad and this is a home PC meaning I do NOT plan to work on this for 9hours a day ....rather use 2 hours a day max and some extra time on weekends
The catch is MS office, file management etc and since the web based MS office tools do not seem to work well I am stuck with buying a PC
So please feel free to suggest
Do I need i5 ? Or is that an overkill ?
Are there good AMD chips ?
Windows 7 or windows 8
Windows 7 home basic or premium
What graphics cards ?
What memory and with which OS ?
