A few things I noticed on the parts list that you should reconsider
The CPU - Get an Intel cpu, if you don't mind spending that kind of money on a computer than you may as well get an Intel cpu like a i7 3770k or something. You've obviously got performance in mind because...
The Video Cards - You selected 2 highest-end video cards, which is fine if you've got the penny to pay for it, but one should be more than fine and save a lot of money
The speakers - 600w PMPO subwoofer speakers? Because it says "pmpo" you can almost certainly be sure that they are probably 10w rms cyber acoustic speakers. Look up what PMPO means, it's a pretty useless number. Whatever you're paying for them it's too much, you can pick up some cheap logitech speakers at walmart and be much better off.
The power supply - With just one video card you won't need 1000w and could do with 700/800w and still have more than you need. (someone verify this for me)
Also, do order the parts individually and build it yourself, it'll come out much much cheaper.
www.pricewatch.com is a good place to look up places selling the parts for the least.
If you're adamant on not wanting to build it yourself a good place I've done business with before is
www.portatech.com. They are very reasonable with most of their prices but you may want to get the video card separately to save a little.
