Hey everyone, I'm new to the site but my father has been using it for quite some time and is a huge fan. I'll provide as much information as I can to make this easier.
I went the upgrade route for now simply because it is cheaper than the build I would love to have and over the next year both AMD and Intel are putting out new cpu designs. I'm especially pumped to see the new Intel chip.

My current setup is from 2006:

Case - Thermaltake VA8000BWS (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.a ... =1404#Tab0)
P/S - OCZ GameXstream 700W (http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-gamexs ... y-eol.html)
Mobo - Asus M2N-E (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM ... ifications)
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800 (http://products.amd.com/pages/DesktopCP ... &f11=&f12=)
RAM - 2GB (2x1GB 800MHz) (http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-ddr2-p ... l-eol.html)
G/C - Nvidia Geforce 7600 512Mb
S/C - Creative Soundblaster X-Fi (http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_ ... _id=014775)
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 250GB SATA2 3.0Gb/s 16Mb Cache

I've ordered/bought parts to upgrade:

*Ordered* CPU - AMD Phenom x4 9950 BE 2.6GHz 2MB AM2+ 65nm Quad Core
*Ordered* RAM - Kingston HyperX 4GB (2x2GB) 1066MHz (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.as ... 6820104073)
*Ordered* G/C - MSI Geforce GT630 4GB (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.as ... 6814127684)
*Bought* HDD - Seagate Barracuda SATA3 6.0Gb/s 1TB 64MB Cache (http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_ ... _id=042240)
*Bought* Corsair H70CORE (http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_ ... _id=042344)
*Bought* 2 x CoolerMaster SickleFlow 120mm 2000RPM Fans (for push/pull on the H70) (http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_ ... _id=027866)

I have a few questions as this is my first time upgrading a computer and I've done it on my own with my own research (good or bad lol):

1) I don't think my motherboard or power supply have the proper connection to power the H70. I read that it needs a 3 pin power connector and my mobo & p/s only have 4 pin...I think. So I would like to know if there is a way I can get an adapter/converter so it will work with what I have. Or however/whatever I need to make it work...if it can.

2) And where should I position the H70 in my case? I'm assuming I will have to position the H70 at the back on the inside where the current 120mm fan is.

3) I bought the H70 to keep my CPU cool when I overclock it. I was wondering just how I should go about overclocking it and how far I can go with it?

4) I plan on overclocking my GPU as well. I know it comes with software (Afterburner) but I heard it isn't that intuitive and can be tricky so I was hoping to get a little insight on how to overclock properly and again...how far I should go with it?

I will be connecting my computer through the HDMI port on the GPU to my 32" LCD TV (just so you know).

Any advice or comments...anything at all really on my questions/problems would be awesome and greatly appreciated!! :)
