Maximum PC

I need assistance in picking parts for a server computer.
I have $1200 to spend and don't need any peripherals.
I'd like it to be in a tower computer case.
Needs to handle a lot of networking and needs a powerful CPU and 32-64GBs of ram.
I'd prefer it to be Intel, and a generic low end GPU if the motherboard does not have an integrated one.
I'd prefer everything to come from Newegg.com
As for the case, something very simple.
After you've picked all of this out, I'd like to know how far I can overclock the CPU and a cooling system.
Then just post links to the parts, prices, and overall performance.
OS will be Linus xubuntu.
