Maximum PC

I am looking to put together a new computer for running such games as Battlefield 3, MW3, GW2 and others with max graphics. I currently use a 32in Sony xbr4 as my main monitor. 1920x1080 resolution.

I am looking for a setup to include:

processor - i5 3570k
video card(s) - 660ti
ram - 8-16g

Everything else I am unsure of. I would like to run a SLI of two 660s but if that isn't feasible that is understandable. A SSD for Windows 7 and a separate HDD is great I am just unsure what would work best. I am looking to overclock the processor so any suggestions of coolers are helpful. I haven't had any experience with watercooling but I would be willing to give it a shot. I have done some research into all the parts I would but I am a bit overwhelmed at all the different parts out there and which are best. It was much easier when I built my current rig 4 years ago.

I will be reusing my keyboard and mouse and tv/monitor.
