A few areas of interest. And because the primary intent is for gaming...

• Get a Core i5-3570K. The only thing you get with an i7 is a little more L3 cache and HyperThreading... both that don't add anything appreciable for the $100 more you pay.
• Drop the CPU cooler for a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo or similar from this line. This is one of the best performing air coolers, and I've see reviews of the Corsair H80/H100 that show it's kind of expensive for its performance
• You only need 8GB of memory.
• Drop the PSU down to 650W. At the minimum you should have 38A @ 12V for a GTX 680, but I'd say something more like 45A @ 12V is better for comfort.
• Do you really need Windows 7 Ultimate? Pro is about the most any one really needs to be honest.
• The only sound card meant for gaming is Creative's line. But I wouldn't really bother with a sound card unless you're an audiophile (and even then, Creative's lineup is like the last brand audiophiles will go to). Onboard sound does just fine these days.

If you're gaming but not going to be doing video editing or 3D Content creation on this thing, then 32GB RAM is a waste.

A 1000 Watt+ PSU is WAY overkill for a single GPU setup, any good quality 550W - 750W PSU will handle that setup quite nicely. This Seasonic X650 is all you need & then some & if you hurry (promo code ends Midnight tonight Pacific Time), you can still get it for the crazy low price of $90

If you're overly concerned about CPU temps or pushing for a high-end overclock, stick with the H100, otherwise the Hyper 212 EVO LatiosXT mentioned will keep the CPU well under it's upper limits under a decent overclock & heavy usage.

Did you just pick the most expensive parts and slap them together? I wish I had that kind of money to spend.
