Maximum PC

Hi everyone
I am 13 and my Dell 1545 is just not what I need to play Minecraft and host a server. I am looking to do my first build around X-mas but i want to have a list of what i need. I need your help selecting parts. I already have the case picked out and i need you to fill in the gaps because i get lost in parts pretty quickly. My budget is 650 for all. I am not partial to any brand
because this is my first build.
