I currently own a DELL Inspiron 620s Slimtower.

I wish to transfer all of its contents and hardware into a bigger case: the NZXT Phantom Full Tower case.

Is this possible?

If not, what would I need to do to make this transition possible?

Probably not. I'm probably behind on this, but most OEMs prefer using BTX layouts (board mounted on the left side). If Dell used a BTX style layout, you can't go further.

Dell has switched over to using mostly standard parts instead of proprietary ones, so you might be able to get away with it. The biggest challenge would be whether or not the motherboard holes would line up with the stand-offs in the case.

I've asked the same question on a couple of other forums. It seems that their main concern is the motherboard as well as the power supply.

If there's anything else I'll need to replace, please let me know. And if there's anything else I wouldn't need to replace, please let me know as well.

Thanks!
