I'm in the process of building a PC for my wife. I thought I'd get a little more bang for my buck and purchase a new CPU for my PC and use my old one in her new PC. Problem is, her new MB has 533MHz FSB and the chip is 800MHz FSB. Will the MB just bottleneck the CPU? Or will I encounter problems? The board is overclockable to 800 MHz, but I'd like to know if I can just leave it at 533MHz.

Parts in question:
Motherboard: Asus P4V8X-X
CPU: Pentium 4 Prescott 2.4GHz

Check Asus' website for full Prescott compatibility.
