The whole setup looks good. I'm also tempted to say stick with a GTX 670, because AMD hasn't been too good with fan noise in their video cards lately...

The case I'm a little weary of, mostly because I don't prefer side fans anymore (they create uncertainty in airflow)

Oh really, Can u recommand me a simple looking case with usb port infront of the tower and i want a slient and cooling air flow also. I heard that my heatsink will block the rams from fixing is this true?

Wow! That is one big honkin 200mm fan on the side. Same effect I suppose as removing the side panel just aiming a Lasko box fan all the innards. Like LatiosXT, I'd go another route. If you want quiet and cool, bestow your eyes on the Define R3 in what ever color speaks to you.

It's probably a good choice too. In regards to silence with cooling, Antec has a good reputation.

I have a Corsair 500R and its great and in my opinion very quiet. I maintain excellent temps with a 212+ and a mild overclock of a 2500k and an AMD HD6950 2GB
