I'm looking for a laptop for my sister. She wants to spend about $400, but can go a little higher. I'm looking for best bang for the buck in a 15" notebook, and possibly playing games. Most intense thing she'd be running would be Sims 3. Any advice out there?

Samsung RV500 - RV550 anything, good fast machines with core i3/core i5. Solid and reliable

100 dollars more but it is super fast and can play games in high settings good for school too.
