 Post subject: Anything wrong with this build? (or improvements)

I want to know if there is any incompatibilities or improvements i can do with this build, ive looked into it but I would like the Knowledge of some superior builders, since this is my first time. :)

(note that I don't need a mouse)

The ASUS Sabertooth I'm iffy about, mostly because I see it as a flashy motherboard that costs more than it's worth. You can skirt by with a good quality motherboard that's $120 or so if you look around. And then you can have some room for a small SSD for the OS.

Unfortunately no, since I haven't been up to date with motherboards (I usually don't until I need a new computer).

Basic approach to this is figure out what IO you need, then go narrow your search on say Newegg. When you find something that looks good, go do research about the product (like product reviews and whatnot)
