What would you guys recommend it to lower the price. I am looking only in Tigerdirect.com due to the fact that Newegg is pricy for my taste and also because I got a tigerdirect 5 blocks from my home and I can exchange quick if something comes back faulty.

I am not sure about motherboard price and choice. The processor is what I want because I really love the speed from it. Tested one in campus vs the i5. I don't want Ivy because I heard of the overheating issues.

The power supply I don't know if I need that much power to run all of this stuff. I want a SD of 120 GB and the 1tb.

The case is perfect to my liking.

The video card I want it to be something powerful that doesn't melt for a long time use.

Let me know what else can be done to get the best deal for the rig.

I am thinking that I may leave the power supply as the one that it is in my wishlist and the video card because maybe on the future going to SLI it. Thx for taking your time on it. Not a fan of AMD or ATI because they always burn on me in less than a year. That is only me.

I decided to change for a little bit expensive power supply cause of the lifetime warranty and I used their power supply for long time and I can said Ultra is a good brand. I like the mark of the model in the steel case.

The processor is not there because I decided to get it here. $10 less and I am sure I shouldn't have any issues with processors usually is RAM, Hard Drives, and video cards that come faulty sometimes.

The motherboard I finally decided to go with that one because the one I choose was for Ivy bridge and had wireless n. Don't need those because I should last my 3 and 4 years with that processor until I decide to upgrade. Also, that motherboard has Bluetooth for my devices which is a plus for me.

What do you guys think? Also, should I use aftermarket cooler or stock cooler for CPU. If aftermarket is needed what u guys recommend from tigerdirect or newegg. I don't mind any from them.

There are no overheating issues with Ivy Bridge as long as a good cooler is used and voltage is not increased much to overclock. You can still get 4.4GHz easily, and sometimes higher. Most people that know what they are doing get between 4.4 to 4.7GHz with the proper motherboard, cooling, and minimum voltage increase.
