Maximum PC

Hi, this is my first post here and i'd like to ask for your help in choosing a PC.

Could you please tell me if you think any of these 2 mid-range gaming rigs is a good deal?

I'm looking to buy a new PC for around 1000 euro's without the monitor, so a mid-range gaming rig to run decently all the new games (Diablo 3, Skyrim, Mass Effect 3) and i'll also use it from time to time on graphic design projects ( Adobe suite), but nothing extremely demanding. I live in Belgium so i hope you can advise me where to buy from with shipping in Europe, so far i found a few offers on Amazon.
