- Make sure the Power LED on the case is plugged in the motherboard correctly. They don't work if they're not plugged in correctly.
- If you have a buzzer hooked up and it's beeping at you, it means something else isn't working.
- If the buzzer isn't making a sound, RMA the motherboard.
- If you don't have a buzzer, test the RAM and video card on another computer if possible. If it works, you can rule those out as being defective and you should RMA the motherboard
- While it's possible the processor can be DOA, the chances of this happening now are extremely rare if brand new.
