Alrighty, we'll try this WITHOUT linking to NEWEGG this time since my post got denied for "providing links to pirated software". :(

Just wanted to run this build by you guys to see if there is any issues you can see. A lot of this was put together off or reading/info I've gleaned off of this forum (Jbaz, Dantrhax, etc.) :)

Budget is sub $1000, although if I could get it to under $900 that'd be even better. Comp is mainly going to be used for gaming, casual use, etc. Max Resolution 1920x1080 & I already have a case (ANTEC 900) & peripherals.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
Mobo: ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular High Performance Power Supply
Video: MSI N560GTX-Ti Hawk GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB
Mem: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
HD: Samsung by Seagate Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ/ST500DM005 500GB
Optical: LG ELECTRONICS GH22NS90B
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

Any thoughts? Anything that I should change, doesn't work, etc.? 700w PSU enough or too much? I like that Mobo just in case I wanted to add another card in down that line. May change the card to a MSI R6870 Hawk Radeon HD 6870 1GB to save some money if needed.

CHEERS. & THANKS IN ADVANCE for any & all advice.

Feel free to add your links. The approval queue gets quite long and full of spam to the point where the occasional message does mistakenly get identified as spam when it is not.

First get an Antec Earth Watts instead of the OCZ Mod X. Then wait to see what the release of nVidia's new cards do to the market you may be able to get an ATI card for a lot less, and hopefully they release the 660 soon. If you already have a HDD I would use that for now until the prices stop being ridiculous, which will hopefully happen in the summer.

And most importantly IVY BRIDGE comes out in April so I would wait for that to launch. I would say now is the worst time to build a PC unless you absolutely have to.

Good to know. I'll keep an eye on the IVYs coming out...I'd imagine there also might be a slight drop on the Sandys at that time too maybe?

Cheers

The Sandy bridges should drop down in price as I remember reading an article about them having a surplus since not enough people were buying the Sandy bridges. 700W isn't too much if you're going for that much power. Otherwise, its a nice build.
