I am torn between a Power Color video card or a Saphire video card? which brand would you go for?

Powercolor is not a recommended brand. Do a search here for it, you should find enough posts that you won't want to consider it.

i recommend the sapphire because ive heard nothing but bad news about power color cards. people say powercolor cards tend to die out fast and they have stability issues. rarely do i find that someone had actually had good luck with powercolor cards.
