Can someone please tell me how to overclock the 53 to the 55. I know I have to flip the multiplier to 13, But is there anything else I have to do to make everything stable and cool. And is the stock cpu fan gonna cut it?

you dont need to changed the multiplier, and you wont be able to anyway. It only takes 200MHz, 90% likely that you'll be able to reach that. Just go into the bios and increase your FSB from 200 to 217 (math?), from 2400MHz to 2600MHz. probably raise your voltage a SINGLE notch. if you raise any more than that, you need to get a new cooler.

I would encourage you to try to OC farther than that. RTM. look on some other guideline posts, or google "overclocking guide", etc. happy OCing

why wont he be able to change the multiplier? The FX is unlocked.

Yeah, the FX series is unlocked, and multiplier OCing is much better on the Athlon 64s than OCing by the FSB.
