Looking for some input on my budget build. I am basically doing an 85% upgrade to my current system. I'll be using my current alumninum case, 400w Enermax PSU and Audigy Soundcard along with my floppy and DVD-Rom. Here's the rundown:

DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D - $144
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Winchester - $180
Leadtek nVIDIA GeForce 6600GT - $152
Mushkin Dual Pack 184-Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 - $123
Seagate 200GB 7200RPM Barracuda 7200.7 SATA Hard Drive - $79
NEC 16X Double Layer DVD±RW Drive - 60

Total=$738

Any opinions would be appreciated, looking to order this week.

I would get some ram with better timings if you could. Especially if you look to overclock.

Any thoughts on RAM? I most likely not be OCing or will only OC a little bit. I am just looking to save some loot but would like to get good performance as well.

I'm assuming you're talking about this Mushkin HERE? If so, that's actually very decent for ValueRAM (2.5-3-3). That also happens to be the cheapest 1gb PC3200 kit Newegg is offering. I'd stick with what you have spec'd.
