Hey all, I'm trying to build my first PC and I need a little help making sure everything is compatible before I buy it. I'm gonna post the components below, if anyone sees any compatibility issuses, please let me know before I buy the parts.

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ skt. 939
ASUS A8V-Deluxe Via K8T800 Pro
Corsair CMX512-3200C2 512MB DDR400 PC3200 XMS
Thermaltake XaserIII Lanfire
Enermax EG425P-SFMA24P 420W Power Supply
ATI Radeon 9200 (Recycled)
Sound Blater Audigy 2 ZS (Recycled)
Maxtor 6Y080P0 80GB HDD 7200rpm (Recycled)
D-Link DWL-520 Wireless PCI Adapter (WLAN) (Recycled)
LG HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8320B (Recycled)
LG DVD-ROM DRD8160B (Recycled)

One thing I'm worried about is that I may not be able to run my Radeon 9200 at the full AGP 8X, but im not sure about that. Thanks for all your help guys,

on behalf of all posters here I have to thank you for posting links.
Looks like an awesome system, with the exception of your 9200, which will work just fine in 8x mode - weather or not it will utilitize full potential can be easily argued.

It should be your first upgrade consideration, may I suggest:
EVGA's 6600gt <$200 @ zzf link>
Asus' V9999GT/TD GeForce 6800 GT AGP 8X 128MB <$315 @ zzf> - an interesting mid-range hybrid
the BFG GEFORCE 6800 GT OC 256MB <$400 @ buyxg> a hands-down great performer (I have one)

Also, as a personal preference I would probably choose Nforce 3 over K8T, but from what I have read about the K8T Pro they had fixed a lot of the original K8T's flaws so perhaps is not such a bad choice.

Heh, the links took a long time, but I find people are more likely to help you out if your considerate of them. The vid card will be the first upgrade, but atm, I dont have the money for it; alot of the hardware I have to recylcle from this comp. but it will be my first order of business after I finish buying and building. Thanks for all the help guys,
