Hello,

I'm currently in the process of buying a new computer. For the MoBo, I am getting a ASUS A8V-deluxe, which has an AGP 8x @1.5v. My current Video card is a Radeon 9200, which at 8x is .8v. are they compatible, or do i need to purchase a new vid card as well? Thanks

Looking at this chart, it seems that it will accept both signals...

Edit... um, didn't see that you linked the same chart at first....

Yes, it looks that way, but from other sites, such as:This one, it seems that at 8x it runs at .8v. Does that mean it is or it isnt, its confusing because im not sure if it is compatible, because .8 is less than 1.5, etc. also, i would much rather run the card at 8x, because quite obviously, it is much faster. thanks

EDIT...please excuse the english, i cant think straight right now

While im at it, i might as well just post all the parts for the new comp, so if you see any compatibility issues, please let me know:

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ skt. 939
ASUS A8V-Deluxe Via K8T800 Pro
Corsair CMX512-3200C2 512MB DDR400 PC3200 XMS
Thermaltake XaserIII Lanfire
Enermax EG425P-SFMA24P 420W Power Supply
ATI Radeon 9200
Sound Blater Audigy 2 ZS
Maxtor 6Y080P0 80GB HDD 7200rpm
D-Link DWL-520 Wireless PCI Adapter (WLAN)

Well I think thats it, but there are so many hyperlinks, its hard to tell if I missed anything. let me know what you think, but keep in mind, im on a tight budget, so the links from zipzoomfly is what im buying, the others are what i have, and im kinda limited to what i have and what im buying, cause the budget is only $600. Thanks guys,
