Sorry to ask all these questions.
1.Is a ram heatsink necessary? For Value Ram?
2.Is there a differnce between purchesaing good audio card and cheap audio card? The chaintech audio card is cheap so I don't know if I should buy it.

3.Is there a cheap HD that you can recommend me for around 120GB or 160GB because I found this, but I don't know if its good.

For Hard drives I prefer seagate you can get this one Seagate drive for just a little more than the one listed and I think it is better quality
As for Value Ram I would not use it unless you have to, but no, heatsinks are not necessary
As for audio if you are going to be gaming or like listening to music on your PC get a sound blaster the Value model here Audigy 2 Value is pretty cheap
