I suggest getting an Audigy soundcard, and booting this topic to the "help me buy" forum.

Happy with your frame rates? Happy with your storage? Happy with your desktop performance? Happy with how media is playing on your PC?

I'd add a stick of RAM of whatever Dell recommends for your PC or a TV-Tuner card. That's me, though.

If you're not happy with your gaming performance, save up money to get a 6600GT or something. I would definitely consider a performance upgrade before aesthetics.

I like the idea of getting a case, and then slowly upgrading/migrating your system from a Dell into a home-built rig.

Shoot, go with the video game option if there's one out there you're wanting to play. Or invest in a programming book or two,

Gamer, I would have lived with the Dell case & gone with the memory. Your running SP2 on a media center pc? shudder.

Well I guess you wouldn't care to read Rule No. 10 says, "don't break the tables."
