i wanna no if these items will work good together and if i should get something different i want good performance and price no higher then 2000 preferably under 1500 the graphics card is main area i want help with

OCZ Vertex 4 256gb ssd
ASUS GeForce GTX 670 boost clock(over clocked)
ASUS Xonar Phoebus
Cooler Master HAF ATX
LG EW224T 22-Inch Widescreen 1080p
Intel Core i7 3770K
G.skill Ripjaws X Series 16gb (4 X 4gb) 240-pin Ddr3 Sdram Ddr3 1600 (Pc3 12800)
Fatal1ty 1000W Individually-Sleeved Modular Gaming 80Plus Gold Power Supply
P8Z77-V PRO or ASRock FATAL1TY Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3 Intel Z68 ATX DDR3 1066 LGA 1155 (help me decide)

I would get rid of the sound card, on board audio should do unless you feel you really need one for music production or you are a extreme audiophile. Even with that said that is a pricey card maybe the STX variant could save you a little money. A 1000W PSU is a bit over the top for what you have I would also grab a Corsair or Seasonic before I got a fatal1ty since they are very reliable and pair that with a 850W should be plenty even for SLI with another 670.
I'm not sure which HAF case you are going for but unless you are water cooling a mid-tower case should be fine and save money.

Thanks im going to ditch sound card and im now planning on using a

Corsair HX Professional Series 850-Watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply

i may or may not be overclocking but would the fan i plan on using be good or what???

also highly considering changing my case because i like this one alot more(i had better before then realized my grammar fail)

That Sounds like some good savings there for the choices you have made. I'm not sure what fan you are talking about since its not listed in your first post. If you are thinking about a heatsink then maybe a CM hyper 212 Evo would be a choice to consider.
The trooper is a good solid case and has a good deal going with MIR to bring it down to 129.99.
Have you seen the NZXT Phantom or Phantom 410? It might be a option. I personally like my HDD trays rotated 90° but to each his own.
