They've eroded our lead slightly in the midnight CDT update but we're still up over a quarter mil. [H] had better be checking their rear view cause T32 seems to be coming on.......

I noticed that we are a very close 2nd in terms of Points per WU while being 3rd in the number of WUs completed.

This shows that the majority of our folders are either quads or duals running SMP.

Quality over quantity!

Bit like alan, I haven't been over in a while... but like I keep saying.. We're busy.

Looking at the Stanford and other stats it seems OCAU has managed to garner the most CPUS active for the challenge, is returning more WUs than anyone else, and is generally ramping like there is no tomorrow... just a pity they aint all SMP units.

And yes Alan... we are still without Blair and Assman. With those two back on deck we reckon life will get interesting indeed. Particularly in light of the fact that we still have some more ramping to do.. there are competitions and plans afoot already for after the Chimp Challenge.

Thanks again to MPC and OC.COM for getting the [H]erd and us in on this shindig. its been a great catalyst for us, and the science can only be stronger for it

We gained 16k points on [H] with the midnight CDT update. The lead is now 270k...KEEP THE HEAT ON

We have anti-monkey-bollocks hardware running on all of our systems.
Not to mention the suite of apps to prevent [H] and OC from infiltrating as well.

As of the 0600 hrs update we're 286,026 ahead of #2 ([H]).

P.S. Another C2D added to the fray.

I've been resisting the temptation, but it looks like I'll have to go out and throw a couple more logs on the fire.

Just might have to buy a couple of C2D to try and peg you guys back a bit.

how about you maybe go out and buy 20 quad cores and try to get to third first..... you have to crawl before you walk.....
