I was messing around and got caught at a retail outlet installing F@H...which gave me a great idea. I think.

If we have some folks here working at a retail outlet, could you check and see if it's against store policy to install F@H on computers that you sell? I don't see nothing wrong with it, and I'd do it if I worked at a CompUSA or something. Just set it up to use the collective name, or your name and reap in the benefits. If installed pretty quietly, the end usere shouldn't ever complain. I failed because I don't know each store's intranet. You have time to screw around though.

How about even asking the store manager to get all of the display units cranking away. They're just setting there...give 'em a job!

Any store manager would blanche at the thought and probably have you thrown out. Most companies have a policy that says they'll only support charities that corporate and legal signs off on.

heres a better idea, its what i do. whenever i go and help someone with their computer i.e. remove spyware, install new hardware and whatever else, I always install F@H and tell them not to touch it. the people are too stupid to know how to run spybot so seeing F@H wont be a problem.
