Ok, it's time to reawaken this thread! I'll go first.

First up, my main rig which sports a 22" Samsung LCD, A Gigabyte P35DS3R Mobo, an e6600 @ 3.0Ghz, 2GB Patriot DDR2-800, 2x Western Digital 150GB raptor HDD's in RAID 0, a Seagate 320GB storage drive, Enermax 500w PSUand in the picture is has an ATI HD2900pro in it - however it's now running an EVGA 8800GS for maximum PPD's I'll be looking into a faster card in the future at the 8800GS doesn't quite have enough ooomph to push the latest games on my 22" panel... This rig is pushing around 5000-5500ppd
Image

Next up my dedicated folding/home server machines in the storage area...
Image

This first machine is my Windows Home Server which serves as automated backup, network storage for local and remote access from work. This box sports an Antec case, Asus p5n-sli Mobo, 2GB Gskill DDR2-800, Intel e4300 @ stock speeds, 320GB Seagate Hdd's x4, Gigabyte 8800GT 256MB x2, SilverStone 650w PSU. You may recognize the pic from another recent thread. This rig normally pushes 8500-10000ppd on a good day
Image

And last up my Linux (Ubunutu) folder recently updated with an XFX 8800GT with an Accelero Cooler. This rig also sports an Intel Q6600 OC'd to 3.0Ghz, 1GB Patriot DDR2-800 memory, 380w Antec earthwatts PSU, and a Gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L matx motherboard. Right now this rig pushes between 6500 - 9300ppd depending on which WU's it's getting...
Image

There it is! That's the core of my folding operation. I also have some other machines folding at work n such, but this is where most of the magic happens

What about you? Let's see that folding farm you are so proud of!

Great pictures uatommer.

Never easy to avoid flash back or hot spots shooting pictures of computers up close.

Lots of production from those boxes.

Lets see more farms or computer areas.

Always fun.

Yeah. If someone happens to notice a load spike and odd traffic going to a proxy on their network all of a sudden there will be all kinds of drama. Many people who just wanted to help the folding cause, got the smack down quick.

It looks like it may be in your basement or garage to contain the heat.

You are 30.91 % of your teams total ppd, also impressive.

Thanks for sharing your setup up with us.

Or anything else.

Feel free to use or modify the idea for your needs -G

Do you mind if I ask your motivation for such a large operation.
Actually I mean your motivation to fold.

Mind is I have lots of problems myself and I'm doing well, but don't want others to have my troubles in the future.

16 Vostro 400's are a 16 Port USB/DVI KVM and 4 Vostro 400's are on a 4 Port USB/VGA KVM all on one Monitor seperate Keyboard/Mouse
2 Vostro 410's are stand alone each on their own Monitor and Keyboard/Mouse
1 Vostro 410 (VGA) and 1 XPS 720 (DVI) on one monitor each on their own Keyboard/Mouse
16/4/2 are hooked to 24 port network switch to a 5 port switch with 1/1 and to a DSL Modem
Electricial runs around $300.00 for the Farm.

Thank you for the warm Welcome.

The Farm is in a spare bedroom, I have gutted all the walls and am in the process of insulating and drywalling.

I also welcome all of you to visit our forum also. http://www.xcpus.com/

As far as my motivation, I have a few reasons, but this is the main one,

In your situation it's more like the quote from The Princess Bride:

Miracle Max: "Go away or I'll call the brute squad!"
Fezzik: "I'm on the brute squad."
Miracle Max: "You are the brute squad!"

Sorry, couldn't resist.
