Don't worry about it. Wether you're doing 50pt WUs or 250pt WUs, there is a minimal difference in points/hour
Actually, there can be a huge difference in points per hour, if you reach an event.
As the atoms get closer the computing takes longer, thus the actual event of folding takes a lot longer and your points per hour plummet, if you get an event that is.
I just got an event on a P736. It was a 128point job, but it took me over 36hrs on an AMD 2500+ @3200+. That was about 3.4 points per hour.
On the other hand, I just got a P740 that I'm working on, and at this rate it will only be 4 hours. 24 points at 4 hours is 6 points per hour. That's near double what I got on the P736.
So you see, pph can very in near extreeme amounts, depending on how close the atoms are to each other. Sometimes you'll get 6, sometimes you'll only get 3.
