My job just retired all its old G5 Macs in favor of newer Imacs. So I got to take one home. It is a G5 Quad Core (Dual 2 Core PPC) CPU running at 2.5 GHz. Any idea how good it would be at folding?

I'm not sure if there are any more WUs are avaliable for PPC clients. It's not a supported platform anymore according to the FAH blog.

If you wanted to see if any WUs are avaliable, you would need a 5.02 client from here: http://folding.stanford.edu/Site/DownloadOld
