I present to those unaware of the beast being built south of me at this very moment: Titan.
http://www.olcf.ornl.gov/titan/titan-overview/Oak Ridge's "Leadership Computing Facility" is upgrading to 20 PFLOP capacity as we speak, and I'm sure they're sourcing their GPUs now. 14,592 nodes will be populated with Kepler by this fall, which, coupled with just shy of 300,000 Opteron cores (yeah, that's the core count, not cpu count), will make for possibly the fastest computer in the world. Depends on what the other guys have in planning.
Personally, though, even being from Kentucky, and having a rivalry with the Volunteer State, they're still the home-crowd in terms of computing, and I wish them the best. I just wish they'd stop eating up the volume of Kepler sales!
